Information Millenium LLC stands behind The Credit Blueprint with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you follow the course and are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a full refund within 30 days — including your original date of purchase. For example, if you purchased on July 1, your refund window closes at the end of day July 30.

Refund requests must be submitted within this window. Requests received after the 30-day period, counting from and including the original purchase date, will not be eligible for a refund.

Full Course Enrollment

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date, inclusive of the purchase date itself
• Refunds apply to both Pay in Full and Payment Plan enrollments
• For payment plan students, refunds cover all payments made up to the date of the request
• Upon refund, all course access will be revoked immediately

Due to the instant-download nature of our digital products, the following items are non-refundable once downloaded:

If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Information Millenium LLC through the contact information provided on this site within the eligible window. Please include your name, email address used at purchase, and order details.

Once your refund request is received and approved, your refund will be issued within 14 business days. Please note that after we initiate the refund, your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account. We are committed to processing every request promptly and will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

Licensed Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials — including but not limited to video lessons, written guides, templates, worksheets, and dispute letter packs — are licensed exclusively to the purchasing student. This license is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive.

To help protect our intellectual property and deter unauthorized distribution, all course materials are watermarked with the enrolled student's name and email address. This watermark is embedded at the time of access and serves as a traceable record of the licensed recipient.

• You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, or reproduce any course material in any form
• You may not upload course content to any third-party platform, website, or file-sharing service
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any watermark or identifying information embedded in the materials
• Access is granted for personal educational use only
